Nevada’s Hardest Hit Funds program is designed to help low to moderate income families who want to preserve home ownership and avoid foreclosure, if possible, or assist in the short-sale of a home, if necessary.

For a family to be considered low to moderate income, their income must not exceed 120% of the Area Median Income as published by HUD. To learn if you qualify as a low or moderate income family click here.
